Wizardry 8 Save Editor — Status Effects & Character Conditions

Wizardry 8 Status Effect Save Editor is a free, browser-based Wizardry 8 save editor for modifying character conditions in Wizardry 8 save files. Load a .SAV file to add or remove status effects including Disease, Insanity, Poisoned, Paralysis, Blind, Sleep, Hexed, Drained, and more. Edit individual party members and save a modified Wizardry 8 save without changing the original file. Everything runs locally in your browser; your save file is never uploaded to a server.

For testing, you can set a condition to a duration. 9999 is the game's permanent-condition value. A duration of 6 is about 1 minute. For Poisoned, clearing the condition sets the poison timer to 1 while leaving the poison status and strength intact, allowing the game to process the final poison tick and clean up the poison normally.
